COVID-19 Update: Informationen für Ihr Studium

Lehrbetrieb ab 3. Mai

Der Lehrbetrieb findet weiterhin großteils digital statt. Lehrveranstaltungen und Prüfungen, die zwingend vor Ort stattfinden müssen, werden unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Hygienemaßnahmen (Eintrittstestungen, FFP2-Masken, etc.) abgehalten. Informationen zu Ihren Lehrveranstaltungen finden Sie in u:find.

Student Spaces sind zu den Öffnungszeiten der Universität wieder nutzbar. Beachten Sie auch hier die Abstandsregelungen und die FFP2-Maskenpflicht.

Wir informieren Sie weiterhin über Ihren Mail-Account, die Websites und Social Media Kanäle der Universität.

Nutzung der Bibliothek und Lernzonen

An der Universitätsbibliothek können ab Montag, 3. Mai, wieder alle Benutzer*innengruppen die Entlehn-Services (Bestellung, Abholung, Retournierung von Büchern, Fernleihe) nutzen.

Die Lesesäle (mit Ausnahme der Lehrbuchsammlung) und Lernzonen können von Studierenden der Universität Wien mit beschränkter Platzanzahl genutzt werden. Beachten Sie dabei die verpflichtende Sitzplatzreservierung.

Bitte informieren Sie sich über eventuelle Einschränkungen der entsprechenden Bibliotheken über die Websites.

Digital studieren mit Zoom

Ab 5. Mai ist die Pro-Lizenz von ZOOM für Studierende der Uni Wien verfügbar. Damit haben Sie Zugriff auf neue Funktionen und Zugang zu weiteren Bedienelementen.

Teaching operations from 3 May onwards

Courses continue to be held in a digital format, as far as possible. Courses and exams that must take place on site are held subject to the adherence to the safety and hygiene measures (access tests, FFP2 face masks, etc.). You can find information about your courses on u:find.

You can again use the Student Spaces during the opening hours of the University. Please adhere to the minimum distance requirements and the mandatory use of FFP2 face masks when using them.

As usual, we keep you informed by e-mail, on the websites and social media channels of the University.

Using the Library and study areas

From Monday, 3 May onwards, all user groups of the Vienna University Library can make use of the lending services (request, collect and return items, use the inter-library loan service) again.

Students of the University of Vienna can use the reading rooms (except for the textbook collection) and study areas subject to a limited number of seats. Please note the mandatory seat reservation.

Please obtain information about any restrictions in individual libraries on their websites.

Remote studying with Zoom

From 5 May onwards, students of the University of Vienna can make use of a Zoom Pro licence, with which you can use new functions and access further functionalities.
